Mission
Send a Friend is an outreach of Kingdom Bound Ministries, a not-for-profit organization devoted to programs designed to give a smile today and a hope for the future to children and families throughout the Western New York community
Send a Friend was conceived from a burden on the hearts of two men, Fred Caserta an his friend John Mika. Fred Caserta, the founder and President of Kingdom Bound Ministries, has moved on to live with the Lord in heaven, but the vision continues to grow.
To encourage and work along side local community organizations by providing funding and/or materials for various programs that fall within the mission of the Send A Friend Program. These groups can, in turn designate their own limited funds for critical needs within their organizations.
Established in 2003, the “Send a Friend to Kingdom Bound” program has enabled over 5000 underprivileged and disabled youth and families to attend a day at Darien Lake Theme Park Resort that includes activities designed specifically for them.
